Founder Introduction

Dr. Muhammad Imran Muhammadi Saifi is counted among the senior and most renowned deputies (khulafa) of Hazrat Mian Muhammad Hanfi Saifi (دامت برکاتہم العالیہ) . His personality reflects the knowledge and spiritual insights of his noble mentor and embodies sincerity and loyalty.

By profession, he serves as a doctor at Nishtar Medical University. Alongside his medical career, he is also the founder of Islamic Center Multan (ICM), a charitable Islamic school. He is a well-known Islamic scholar, Sunni in creed and Hanafi in jurisprudence. The central themes of his discourse are purification of the heart (Tazkiyat al-Qulub) and spiritual expansion (Sharh al-Sadr). His life represents a beautiful combination of religious and worldly knowledge.

Many individuals have rendered remarkable services for the reformation of humanity. In this regard, the contributions of Naqshbandiyya Mujaddidiyya Saifiyya cannot be overlooked. By establishing madrasas alongside khanqahs (spiritual lodges), the order safeguarded religious knowledge (Prophetic sciences) on one hand and, on the other, nurtured individuals who provided the Ummah with sound religious, spiritual, and moral training—clarifying the distinction between right and wrong and rekindling the flame of faith in hearts to protect people from misguidance.

In the present century, when spiritual sciences were in decline, the Naqshbandiyya Muhammadiyya Saifiyya presented a harmonious integration of Shariah and Tariqah, as well as outward and inward knowledge. Among the distinguished personalities of this movement is Professor Dr. Muhammad عمران of Nishtar Medical University, who was inspired with the vision that, if granted divine support, he would establish a unique academic institution that would produce capable and spiritually grounded scholars—guiding the Ummah on the right path and turning wandering hearts toward the sacred sanctuary. Allah Almighty accepted his efforts and those of his associates and brought this vision to fruition.
